Room Reservations
Residence halls and recognized student clubs and organizations may reserve meeting rooms and event space inside the Sister Thea Bowman Center free of charge by submitting an event request through NDCentral.
Department requests should be sent to saores@nd.edu by a full-time faculty or staff member.
Please note that the Multicultural Student Programs and Services, Gender Relations Center, and Office of Student Enrichment Huddle Rooms are used as operational spaces throughout the day Monday through Friday and cannot be reserved prior to 6:00 p.m. All other spaces are available to reserve during normal hours of operation.
